Adele Yonchak

Adele Moore Yonchak holds a BA in Studio Art from Hollins University with additional coursework from Lorenzo de’ Medici Art Institute in Florence, Italy. While her formal training and focus was in oil, Adele now primarily uses acrlylic paint after discovering her technique of layering texture and color with its fast drying process suited her creative process. Adele enjoys keeping her subject matter familiar but with a unique point of view. Her goal is to produce work that feels at home but in an unexpected way. Adele is attracted to abstracted landscapes and simple scenes illustrated in unique ways and works and lives in Charlotte, North Carolina.
